I have decided that whenever it is I start exalted again, I will make a new exalted blog using WordPress! Will also use it to store the pics/gallery and make character pages.
Will probably be at exalted.prionspace.net/CampaignNameHere

Four weeks from tomorrow is my last class, though only two weeks of real material left to deliver (and develop…). Home stretch!
Summer Schedule is A&P slog at CSUEB (yay!!!), HS2 M-Th morning and Fri/Sat all day, and presumably some Phoenix in there.
Summer fun times:
Yay.
Busy here. Always busy.
Excited! I have the summer job promised to me, can’t wait to have it in writing. Wheeeee!
Sadness however, it will prevent me from seeing Brianna’s wedding. Oh well. I will drop by and visit her some other time.
And now, back to work!
On Friday two students came to me with a revelation that rocked me to my core. One of my team members, my subordinate, was behaving very inappropriately. On Tuesday I met with him and fired him. This morning he came to my office hours and threatened me. I have never been so angry.
The title is the last thing he said at the meeting which told me everything I needed to know. At further discussions and subsequent meetings his words rang in my head. This is someone who, when hurt, hurts back.
I am lucky I didn’t try to physically assault him, because I wished I could very much.
Dr. Murray hasn’t gotten back to me yet with his comments on my bio2010 midterm, so even though the drafts are done (and proofread by Debbie) I’m reluctant to finalize them. This calls for a NEW PLAN!
New plan: last 2 hours of tonight, test-format the exam files for eventual printing, make the necessary drawing, but then switch to chapter 11 prep. Also email 2021 exam to Murray.
Monday I get off Harvard Square at 8:30. I have to hope that Dr. Murray replies by then because it’s go time. Paste, format and print exam copies. May be up late. Won’t be on time for Concord.
Concord’s week 3 setup is really easy. Show up at 10, leave by 2 so I can hit Cal State printing by 3 and get them the exams. In all likelihood the exams I give Thursday I will have to print myself Wednesday evening before going to Denise’s.
Pick up exams Thursday after karate most likely. Pray they are correct and done.
Friday, give exam! Already emailed potential proctors. One at each exam would be the bare minimum. If I get better at this I can probably go without proctors later but the first exam is key.
Woot!

EDIT: Okay he DID get back to me, yay! Tomorrow is still go time. Also, we can’t forget that I can’t sit around on Friday and scantron the tests like I wanted to because I have a UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX TRAINING! Oops. Note to self, make UoPh lesson plan in office hours Wednesday or Thursday.
EDIT: THE SEQUEL: Other things to do in office hours: chapter 17 fix, fix Sorcery Clans zip, investigate chapter 10, make Homework #4
Ah ha, under the bed, fornicating with the dust bunnies I’m sure.
To do this week and weekend:
Have tonight, most of tomorrow, Friday night, and nearly all of Saturday and Sunday. Doable!
Me teaching GS class: *high pitched laugh*
New student/smart aleck: “You laugh like the Joker.”
Me: “I have many laughs. *deep, evil laugh*
Student: “I want to record them like whale songs.”
Me: *Helpless laugher culminating in banging head on table*
University of Phoenix. Of course they did, I rather rocked the teaching thing!
So this spring there are some training dates where I go in on Friday evening (yes, the last time slot I haven’t filled with something else, yay). I don’t start until presumably summer or maybe fall. It doesn’t pay so much necessarily but it should be easy, a resume booster (double-sided win, if I suspect it wouldn’t look good on the resume I can just not include it LOL) and some extra moneys.
Woot.
This day will never come again. Never again will it be the first day of my lecture classes in my first real bio job ever.
I will be savoring this for a long time to come.
